Alexandra Hopkins is a Managing Director and Regional Head for the Middle East at Perun Consultants.

Alexandra has extensive experience with highly complex and high-profile transactions, providing invaluable management and coordination of Perun Consultants’ engagements, facilitating efficient communication between clients’ legal, finance and other advisory teams. She oversees the firm’s structuring and operations, including client development and marketing, and strategic international expansion within the Middle East and Asia-Pacific.

Prior to joining Perun Consultants, Alexandra practiced as a lawyer, gaining a wide range of expertise with Linklaters, Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton, and a major offshore law firm, specialising in both equity and debt capital markets, while also working on significant restructuring transactions and international arbitrations.
