In charged in a receivership of a company with a majority share charged against a listed company in Hong Kong (incorporated in BVI).
Managed the personal debt restructuring and successfully obtained approval from the Hong Kong Court for the annulment of the bankruptcy order against a major shareholder and the chairman of a listed company in Hong Kong.
Assisted in preparation of expert reports which involving the inspection of over 20 years books and records of a family-business group of companies.
Involved in a liquidation and adjudicated over 200 employees claims and over 50 unsecured creditors claims against a clothing manufacturing and trading company with 15 chain stores in Hong Kong.
