Jerry Yuan is a Senior Associate at Perun Consultants.

Jerry has over four years of experience in restructuring and auditing. He started his career at a Big Four firm where he participated in annual audits for listed real estate developers, REITs, shipping and retail companies. Prior to joining Perun, Jerry worked at another restructuring consultancy firm where he focused on complex cross-boarder receivership cases concerning distressed Chinese real estate companies.

Representative engagements

• Participated in an out-of-court receivership in Hong Kong involving a listed Chinese property company, assisting in the day-to-day management of the Chinese project company and the sale of the assets taken over.

• Involved in an out-of-court receivership involving a Chinese listed property company, assisting in the day-to-day management of the Hong Kong project company, maintenance of government relations, financial analysis and sale of the assets taken over.

• Assisted with the voluntary winding up of a British Virgin Islands company, and the sale of pledged shares.
