Lulu Li is a Manager at Perun Consultants.

Prior to joining Perun Consultants, Lulu spent 6 years working with businesses across a wide range of industries, including medical equipment, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, real estate, apparel, logistics and telecommunications. Lulu’s experience comes from a Big Four background as well as her in-house work for a multinational enterprise.

Representative engagements

• Provided litigation support to solicitors and counsel with regards to cross-examinations of factual witness and valuation experts in a Cayman Islands case involving Section 238 dissenting shareholder fair value petition.

• Responsible for forensic accounting assignments including investigation of questionable transactions involving a shareholder and a business valuation of a fast-emerging company in consumer electronics.

• Assisted in preparation of expert report in family law proceedings, including Duxbury Calculation.

• Managed global engagement as core team and collaborated with overseas network firms with expertise in transfer pricing for US top 3 apparel producer / distributor.

• Assisted multinational enterprises in business restructuring, value chain transformation and dispute resolution matters, including world’s top 3 medical equipment company.

• Led a team of 5 people managing a project to determine corrective actions focusing on targets and sales strategy to ensure optimal velocity for Hong Kong’s top 10 bio-technology company.

• Developed a real estate developer’s presence into Southeast Asian markets with regards to real estate opportunities and investments, hitting sales record in excess of £1 billion.
